Chalet L'Alpee is located in the village of Sixt Fer a Cheval, part of the Grand Massif ski area, and is the ideal base for summer mountain activities. We have a fantastic network of trails to run and walk - some start from the chalet front door! There are several swimming lakes within a 45 minute drive as well as white water rafting/canoeing, rock climbing, via ferrata and anything else you can think of!! Bike hire is available in the village as well. Having lived here for over 10 years, I can give you any advice on what to do, where to go etc. I can offer you B&B accommodation with the option of evening meals on a day-by-day basis to keep things flexible for you. | We have a beautiful two bedroom/two bathroom apartment which sleeps 4/5 people. It is part of Chalet La Savoyarde and has been furnished to a very high standard. It has a double bedroom with its own ensuite. The triple bedroom on the lower ground floor is accessed by stairs lit with LEDs – it has a standard double bed with a single bunk. All the rooms have duck down duvets/pillows, orthopaedic mattresses, faux fur throws, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The main living area is open plan – French doors and two windows with amazing views over the Morzine valley. The kitchen is clean and modern with integrated fridge, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave and the dining area has a large pine table and sits up to 6 people in comfort. The lounge has a large corner sofa, a 32” TV, DVD player, UK channels, WiFi, iPod docking station and internet access. The cupboard is stocked with board games, DVDs and books The second bathroom is just off the kitchen/dining area. The apartment is private and secluded, has its own parking space and is accessed by its own external steps. It has a terraced decking area with table, chairs, umbrella and BBQ. It’s less than a 10 minute walk to the town centre. The apartment is available from 8 June for 7 nights at a cost of £650 – including all linen/towels and an end of stay apt clean.
