Hi

Having used this site with such success for many a winter holiday we thought we would try for our summer adventure! We are a family group (2 families of 4 and 2 x grandparents so 6 adults and 4 kids) looking for accommodation for a summer holiday in Italian Alps - or anywhere not too far from Milan airport. We would ideally like a chalet with a pool or on a lake for the kids. Ideally within walking distance of a village/town. Any ideas considered! If you think you may have a solution we would love to hear from you.

Hi Helen

If you fancy the French Alps instead we have the perfect place for you. We are an owner run luxury chalet based in the beautiful village of Les Houches in the Chamonix Valley. We are a 15 minute drive from Lake Passy and the valley has so much to offer in the summer for holiday makers. There is a great open air pool with slides in Chamonix and the lifts are all open giving you access to some great walks in the mountains. There is loads of climbing, rafting etc. Les Houches is a lovely village and we are just a 15 minute walk from the centre. Our chalet has its own private garden with a jacuzzi with beautiful views across the valley. We have a lovely sunny terrace and BBQ.

Our luxury chalet is brand new and purpose built with all 6 bedrooms ensuite. The chalet is split over 6 levels with 4 separate communal areas, a kitchen, dining room, snug with open fire and a lounge/bar.

Our price is 2,999 Euros for the week self catering.

The italian alps has very few chalets. I have some partners in cervinia with some stunning properties and a very nice spa hotel in the dolomites. Otherwise i could help you with an italian villa in the countryside. Alternatively i have several chalets just over the border from Milan either in Switzerland or Chamonix with pools.
