Our chalet is staffed with friendly, experienced hosts who serve hearty home cooked food, local wines and provide easy, simple access to the slopes and Chamonix.

You’ll see we have a unique ski to door location near the Prodains gondola to Avoriaz… no hiking with skis, no squeezing on buses. On our website there's also a 360 degree tour – you can see all our bedrooms so there will be no surprises when you arrive!
Hotel Au Coin du Feu is a full service hotel with a chalet style atmosphere. Our 17 unique bedrooms are perfect for couples and families alike. We have an on–site crèche, a playroom for teenagers, a hot-tub, sauna, massage room, private bar and five course evening meals for adults. All our rooms can be booked for seven nights half board or for short breaks.

How are you getting on with your search?
If you are still looking we invite you to stay at Chalet Bernadine, just 55km from Geneva airport and part of the Portes Du Soleil with 630km of skiing.
We offer warm beds, hot tub, sauna, chauffeur, all your wine, beer and bubbly is on us during dinner, plus a cocktail with your pre-dinner canapes.
My husband and I have run Alpine Action Adventures for the last 5 years and we have had nothing but 5 star reviews from our guests. We provide a place that feels like home with all the special treats you expect from a ski holiday.
The Portes Du Soleil offers excellent skiing/boarding for all abilities with beautiful tree line runs and great unpisted areas to explore. We drive you to and from your choice of lifts in the area so there is no walking about in ski boots and you can tackle a different resort each day.
When you return each day there will be afternoon tea & cakes or hot wings and beer one day if you are so inclined (our fave!) then chill in the hot tub and sauna until dinner is ready.

We can offer the dates you require on a catered basis, offering all breakfast options, afternoon tea, and a 3 course dinner with wine etc.
The village of Les Houches has a number of apres bars including live music.
The local lift (Prarion) is 3 minutes walk but we do offer transport to all the ski areas within the Chamonix valley and will collect you from your apres bar in time for evening dinner.
Ski room with heated boot warmer, free WIFI, UK TV, power showers etc etc.
