Looking for accomodation for ski in/out preferably with a fireplace,and able to walk to restaurants. 5 bedrooms and suitable from 16 years to 72 years - 2 non skiers. 7 adults 2 teenagers
Price however is most key as due to college/uni term dates restricted when we can go 28th or 29th december latest. The young ones would like walking distance of a club or late bar too

If you are able to manage with 4 bedrooms instead of 5, I have a property in Morzine that would be ideal for your group. Situated 5 mins walk to town, and 5 mins walk to the SuperMorzine lift (for quick access to Avoriaz and the Chatel / Les Crosets parts of the Portes du Soleil too). It's Chalet Hibou: it's a very spacious, warm, well equipped chalet with a fireplace, wifi, boot warmers, and three modern bathrooms (1 bath, 3 showers). There are two double bedrooms (one is a king), a twin bedroom and a triple bedroom. The rate is €3300 from 28 Dec - 4 Jan including linen, towels and end of stay cleaning.
