The Grand Massif is the 4th largest ski area in France. Fantastic for all levels.
Chalet Ski-Massif is at 1300m, off the mountain road from Samoëns (720m) up to Samoëns 1600, with uninterrupted views of valleys, mountains, pine trees and snow surrounding the chalet. An idyllic spot and a beautiful drive up and back to the slopes.
I can drop you at the top of a green/blue/red piste within 5 minutes of leaving the chalet - well ahead of people taking 40 minutes to come up from the villages. You can be ahead of the queues and half way to Flaine before the crowds have even put their skis on.
All you need to do is to book your flights. We'll help you with everything else: from transfers, passes, rentals, lessons/guides, and any advice you'd like for the mountain.
This season I am offering self-catered bookings but can provide delivered-catering options.

The space
The chalet is a wonderfully restored farmhouse which is over 200 years old with loads of character and original features, has been beautifully restored with modern bathrooms.
There is a superfast wifi and a beautiful log fire, lots of free logs with a large flatscreen TV, SKY SPORTS and DVD player etc.
There is large open plan living area with plenty of comfortable sofas and foot stools. Fantastic dining room is also well equipped for formal dining evenings at home.
Fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, 5 burner hob and built in oven, microwave, kettles, toaster, coffee makers, Raclette Makers, Fondue equipment and all the modern equipment you could hope for. We also have a large American fridge freezer with ice maker, and a wine cooler fridge.
These is a large cave for safe ski and boot storage with boot warmers.
Outdoor decking, hot tun BBQ and outside dining area.
Free bus stops outside the chalet.
We can get you discount on ski hire and transfers from the airport.
Price for the chalet is 45 Euros PPPN.

We've two 14 person self catered chalets in La Tania. They are very close to each other. Both are ski in ski out, with hot tubs. Seven bedrooms in each, all with their own bathrooms.

Brown Bear Lodge in Morzine is one of our largest luxury alpine chalets, is available on a self-catered basis for week commencing 27th March.
Brown Bear boasts 7 large en suite bedrooms and a spacious, cosy living area with an open fire. It is just moments from the main ski lift into the heart of the Portes du Soleil and Avoriaz 1800 as well as being easily accessible to the Morzine ski area. 2 minutes walk from the lodge is one of the most popular bars in the Morzine area and there is lovely little shop/supermarket, tourist office, 2 restaurants and another bar within a hotel, everything you need is literally on the doorstep!

Our chalet is situated just outside of Vaujany, a small, authentic Alpine village with great amenities such as a swimming pool, bowling, amazing day care, an ice-skating rink and daily animations. There are also a few bars where you can enjoy a nice drink after skiing.
We are part of the vast ski area of Alpe d’Huez which is superb for people of all levels of skiing.
Our spacious lounge has a large log fire. On the ground floor we have a bar and dining room where James cooks fantastic three course evening meals.
The chalet sleeps 19 in 8 en-suite bedrooms of which; 6 double/twin rooms, one triple room and one family suite.
There is lots of space for everyone to enjoy their evening as they please. Whether it’s sat in the hot tub watching the sunset, reading a book by the log fire or having a drink in our bar.
