| Hello there. I notice your enquiry for a large property during the summer. We can offer you sole occupancy of our property for the dates you have requested. The property we have sleeps up to 54 persons maximum. The configuration of the property is over 3 floors with 15 sleeping bedrooms. We have a mixture of room types with rooms ranging from doubles, families, quads and a room of 6 dormitory style. The property has a large relaxing lounge with games room. The property benefits from a large dining room able to seat 54 persons. We have a large outdoor terrace area with barbecue, pizza oven and seating area. There is also an outdoor hot-tub on the terrace. The property benefits from free Wi-Fi for all guests. The whole property can be secured for sole occupancy for a weekly rate of £10000.00 The price is inclusive of breakfast. If you would like half board service we are also able to offer this for an extra charge. | Hi Rachel. I discussed with the owners and he is prepared to allow self catering options for those two weeks. The property is available at £7500.00 per week self catered and includes a linen change after the first week and a clean down. There would be an damages deposit waiver of £1000.00 which would be refunded subject to the property being left in the condition it was rented out in. ie.no damaages ect.
