What kind of experience would be needed for this job? I recently completed a 2 week cookery course at Orchards School of cookery and loved every minute. I have also cooked for around 8-12 family and friends on several occasions with many compliments but have only 2 weeks work experience in a pub/restaurant many years ago. I would be very interested in this job and the chance to learn more from an experienced chef.
