Chalet Couple (Chef and Chalet Manager)

Location: St Martin De Belleville, 3 Valleys, France.
Start: Early December. Finish: End April.

Chalet Chef: In this role you will be responsible for all food service in the chalet. Responsibilities include:
• Cooking, food prep, afternoon tea and evening meals.
• Manager for all other staff in the kitchen and during service.
• Cleaning of kitchen.
• Weekly deep clean of Kitchen / Dining room.
Experience required:
• A passion for cooking/entertaining and host meals for up to 20.
• Innovative & flexible – cater for varying dietary requirements.
Chalet Manager: In this role you will be responsible for managing all aspects of customer service in the chalet. Responsibilities include:
• Managing the team in the chalet.
• Providing exceptional customer service.
• Overseeing / assisting in chalet cleaning.
Experience required:
• Demonstrable experience providing exceptional customer service.
• Flexible and Organised – able to react well to guest requests.
