| I was wondering if you would be able to help me finding a holiday for a group of 15 adults and 2 children.
We are hoping to go the last few weeks of February or 1st week of March, from Manchester or Birmingham International airport. Due to having some young children/nervous flyers in the group, short flight and transfer would be preferable e.g France.
We have a mixture of ages and level of ski within the group (some experienced skiers and snowboarders and some first timers), so looking for a resort with good skiing/snowboarding for all levels and a good ski school for nursery/pre-school aged children.
We were hoping for a chalet but it a hotel/chalet if the cheapest option then we are happy to look at that also.

Location: Samoens 1600, The Grand Massif | Hi Holly,
We can accommodate your group in our family run chalet at Samoens 1600 which is in the French Alps, a 60 minute transfer from Geneva and part of the Grand Massif domaine. It's the 4th largest in France and has a fantastic range of skiing and off piste for all levels.
Our chalet is traditionally built and sleeps a maximum of 22, although we will take a sole occupancy booking for 17. We are just a 3 minute drive from the top of the mountain so you can be skiing whilst everyone else is queuing for the lift up from the village.
Normally we would charge 800 euros per adult and 650 euros per child aged 2-15, however we've currently got an offer that for groups larger than 15, 1 adult stays for free.

We have a huge chalet (14 bedrooms), but due to French red tape, we can only take smaller groups. This means that you could take the chalet on an exclusive basis.
The chalet is fully booked from the 10th - 17th Feb and again for three weeks starting on the 24th March. Other than that, the chalet is available.
Grenoble is our closest airport (1h30), but Lyon is also close (2h). We can also help with ver reasonably priced airport transfers, ski rental and lessons.

We’d love to welcome you to Chalet Sherpa in Morzine - just an hour and 20 minutes’ drive from Geneva airport and part of the massive Portes du Soleil ski region.
You can arrive/depart any day of the week and any time of day.
Chalet Sherpa has a fantastic friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The chalet sleeps up to 25 guests in 10 bedrooms. We provide holidays on a bed and breakfast basis - breakfast includes a choice of cereals, orange/apple juice, baguette, toast, butter/jams/spreads, yoghurts, croissants and also a cooked option with sausages, bacon, eggs, hash browns, beans, tomatoes and mushrooms. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate are available all day.
Our on-site Sherpa bar offers great value snacks and dinner every night from 6-10pm so you can choose either to eat in or sample one of the local restaurants in the evening.
The chalet is in a great location - just an easy, flat walk to Morzine town centre and ski lifts (800m) and 30m from the ski bus stop.

We have availability for your dates in Chalet de Valmorel, with 8 en-suite bedrooms and a hot tub, just 50 metres from the nearest ski lift taking you in to the Grand Domaine area with 200km of pistes. The chalet is 45 mins from Chambery and 1h45 from Geneva.
Valmorel is great for beginners through to advanced skiers, the nearest green run being 50m from the front door of the chalet but there are plenty of challenging blacks and some great back country. The chalet has a sun terrace, with outdoor hot tub, a living room with log-fire, WIFI, TV and board games. There is also a guest kitchen area for breakfast and afternoon tea.
Underneath the chalet is our dining room and bar, where our Chef serves a delicious 3-course dinner with wine, six nights of the week, and you can enjoy a few drinks after a great day out on the piste.
The chalet is run by a Chef and a Host, who are there to look after you during your stay. Included is

Chalet 'La Credence' is close to the village of Morzine in the French Alps. A charming and lovingly restored farmhouse with log fire dating back to the nineteenth century, it retains the ambience of a family home. This is reflected in the welcome you'll receive when you stay with us. The Chalet sleeps 16-18 in comfort and a free ski-bus stops outside the door.
The main living room is spacious with plenty of space for everyone to sit and relax. Sky TV, DVD and Apple Bluetooth docking station speaker for iPhones are provided, as well as a large selection of board games. Free super-fast WiFi is also provided. There is a Wine Fridge, Dishwasher, & Washing Machine etc in the fitted kitchen.
Although the interior of the chalet is non-smoking, we do provide an outside area for those who require it. Rooms vary in shape and size as reflects the character of the building, but all are decorated and furnished to a high standard. We have a charming, enclosed garden to the front of the chalet where you can sit and relax in the sun and there is a large car park suitable for 4 - 6 vehicles, if you are driving over to the Alps.

Location: Alpe d'Huez | Dear Holly,
How about Chalet Baron in Alpe d'Huez?
Whilst the week before is also still available I would look at the first week in March (3-10th). This is the last week in the French school holidays and will therefore be quieter than the previous as there is just one 'zone' on holiday.
The price of the chalet on a catered basis would be 760 euros per person (the children will be 480 euros).
Our closest airport is Grenoble as just over an hour away and we work with a couple of excellent transfer companies who take care of our clients and go 'slowly round the bends'!!
We also have excellent relations with the ski school here and can hand-pick the instructors best suited to your needs (I have a little 'short-list' of those terrific with kiddies and another for nervous Mums!!).
Our other chalet would be 875 euros per person (560 for the children). This is a very spacious chalet and a cut above the rests so to speak.
