Location: Morzine, France | FRONT OF HOUSE COORDINATOR - WINTER 2017/18
Host Savoie is seeking highly-motivated and dedicated people to fill various roles this coming winter in Morzine. There are few better places to spend a winter season than the fabulous Portes du Soleil and by working as part of a small team of 11 your efforts will be both recognised and rewarded. Exceptional candidates with a ‘work hard play hard’ attitude will spend 5 months creating a lifetime of memories.
Successful applicants will need to be available for the entire season (December to April) and will need a UK bank account, a National Insurance number and a driving licence.
The following characteristics are vital for all positions on the team:
• A keen eye for detail and pride in a job well done.
• An ability to work well alone or with others, communicating effectively with colleagues.
• A determination to prioritise customer service with a smile ahead of your own free time.
Based at our largest Chalet you will be the main point of contact for up to 24 guests. You will be expected to lead from the front when it comes to housekeeping and table service, whilst also communicating effectively with other staff to ensure the delivery of extra-mile customer service. With responsibility for accurate record keeping and customer account payments, the ideal candidate needs to be organised and meticulous. Previous experience in customer facing roles (ideally within the hospitality industry) is essential.
