Morzine Ski Chalets (MSC) is a small Irish based company offering high quality chalet and apartment accommodation in Morzine, France. We combine a warm and friendly atmosphere with exceptional catering and personalised service. Our aim is to give our guests the best chalet experience and holiday of a lifetime, leaving them relaxed, rejuvenated and with great souvenirs.
Chalet Chef:
We are looking for an experienced chef to produce a quality menu that will met the companies high standards. You will be expected to produce a varied breakfast, fresh cakes and a three course evening meal followed by cheese board on a daily basis in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. As the Head Chef you will be training and overseeing the two other Chalet Chefs. Producing the chalet menu and maintaining budgets. Overall ensuring the smooth running of the kitchen & chalet and maintaining Morzine Ski Chalets standards. Due to the nature of the role, previous cooking experience is a must.
We offer a very competitive package with a weekly wage, accommodation, ski insurance, flight contribution, ski hire, lift pass and extras/bonus.
