Hi there, I am a mature candidate and mountain lover looking for a chef position or another suitable position with a reputable employer. I love cooking but I’m also an experienced and credible Ops/Resort Manager, an all rounder with 17 winters experience. A talented and competent chef, skilled winter driver and a very smart and credible manager. I am a realist but I must have my own room and a sensible rate of pay. I love to ski, I’m a non smoker and I love the customer service and hospitality industry. I prefer a small to medium sized company. Available very soon

Location: Morzine, Portes du Soleil		Hi Mike,

Alpine Adventure are looking for a chalet chef for the season.
Working at a nice chalet in the centre of Morzine sleeping maximum 10, you would be cooking dinner 6 nights per week and breakfast 3 days per week.
Package to include accommodation at the chalet, ski pass + insurance, ski/board hire, + generous take home wage.

We already have a great chalet host in place, so this is just a cooking role for 1 person.

Hi, would you be interested in taking a role with us in resort as a reserve chef, we basically keep a spare chef at all times in case someone is injured so it's not a pressured new role you have to jump straight into and can spend sometime finding you feet and getting max ski time, would still be paid a retainer and all normal benefits such as own room, pass, hire, insurance, food etc?
