My name is Elizabeth, I am nineteen years old having recently completed my school education. This work would form part of my gap year prior to University in 2019. I will send you my curriculum vitae and photo if you provide me with your email. After my gap year, I have an unconditional offer study French and Italian at Newnham College, Cambridge.
I am fluent in conversational French and German.
I am a meticulous and hard-working individual, with a very easy-going nature, who works well as part of a team, easily building relationships with others. I am always willing to complete any task required and I am not put off by hard graft or high demands and work well under pressure.
I have well-developed customer service skills through working as a waitress in a local restaurant and I pride myself on nothing ever being too much trouble, and always finding time to build a personal rapport with my customers. As a front of house employee, I have had experience dealing with customer complaints, and always resolve these as calmly and as fairly as possible. I have also further developed these skills through running of my own craft stalls, where I have enjoyed chatting to the customers, explaining the stories behind my handmade items, and doing my best to help.
I am available to work in resort from late November 2018 until April 2019.
I would love to spend a winter season in the mountains improving my skiing and building new friendships with my hotel colleagues and guests.
