Location: Les Coches, La Plagne | Ice and Fire are looking for an experiened chalet chef to join our team for the 2018-19 winter season.
The chalet chef role involves providing a cooked and continental breakfast, homemade afternoon tea and delicious, well presented four course evening meal for your guests. The focus is on restaurant quality cooking and presentation, in a relaxed homely environment. You will also be responsible for menu planning, food ordering and the chalet budget.
The successful applicant will have proven professional cooking experience; a food hygiene qualification and experience of menu planning, kitchen cleaning, budgeting and cooking for people with dietary requirements.
In return we offer a good package including accommodation, lift pass, ski hire, insurance, wage etc as well as one and a half days off per week.
For this position we will consider both single applicants, and people applying to work alongside a hosting partner or friend who they are happy to share a room with.
