We are a group looking for catered chalet accommodation with some flexibility on day and numbers within the group.
Date: Arriving weekend of 11/12th January 2020 (will consider other Jan weekends if cost is right).
Just to be awkward we are split into 2 lots as below:
1 - 3 persons for 7 nights (can be Sat/Sat or Sun/Sun whatever works best for you in terms of arrival transfers) We expect this to be 4 but is TBC.
2 - 3/4 persons for 4 nights (can only be Sunday to Thursday)
We would like to know cost of catered accommodation and return transfers to GVA in your quotes and we hope to be in a position to book by the end of the month.

Chalet Giffre has a great location in the town. The original farmhouse in the village with a private courtyard and the village on your door step. Just 400m to the church square and Gondola.
Chaket Giffre has 6 bedrooms with en suite shower rooms. log burning stove dividing the dinning area and the lounge area. We have a free bar before dinner offering beers, wines, and a few old favourites like G&T`s in front of the log fire.
Fully catered service 6 out of 7 days, cooked breakfast, afternoon tea/coffee freshly baked cakes, 3 course evening meal and cheese board served with cold beers and bottled wine.

You’ll see we have a unique ski to door location near the Prodains gondola to Avoriaz… no hiking with skis, no squeezing on buses. On our website there's also a 360 degree tour – you can see all our bedrooms so there will be no surprises when you arrive!
Hotel Au Coin du Feu is a full service hotel with a chalet style atmosphere. Our 17 unique bedrooms are perfect for couples and families alike. We have a hot-tub, sauna, massage room, private bar and five course evening meals for adults. All our rooms can be booked for seven nights half board or for short breaks.
Chalet Plan des Rochers is 80 meters from the hotel and can be booked for exclusive use or by individual bedrooms. Fully catered and staffed with the same standards and facilities as our hotel, Plan des Rochers also benefits from an excellent ski to door location.
Chalet des Amis is next door to Au Coin du Feu so can be used as a private chalet or as an annex to the hotel. It sleeps up to 8 people in 3 bedrooms, is ski to door and shares the spa facilities of the hotel. It has it's own private chef but there is the option of joining guests at Au Coin du Feu if there is space in the dining room.

Our chalet-hotel offers half board accommodation in snow sure Plagne 1800, part of the Paradiski area. We are next to the slopes and two chair lifts, with the ski school meeting point just across the street.

Hello Mark, we are delighted to offer you rooms in the Nest for your vacation. We would like to offer the Nest to you fully catered for up to 14 people, the Nest is a huge Savoyard chalet. set in the hart of the Portes du Soleil ski area, right in between Morzine and Les Gets. We have for you 5/6 large bedrooms. The chalet has a great location, with the closest piste being only 2 minutes away in our minibus, in the evening you can even ski straight back to the chalets back garden.
The chalet is a ski in chalet.
The price will include breakfast and evening meal with a selection of good local wines for you to enjoy.
The fully catered price is £499 per person or £85 pp per night.

You might be interested in our solution:
Chalet Serac is available but only for 6 nights out of that week (Sunday 12 - Saturday 18 Jan). So that would fit with the requirements of the 2nd part of your group, as long as the first group accepted 6 nights. The chalet is bigger than you need, but we need to get a booking for those dates so we can offer you a good price for it for lower numbers. We rent the chalet on a self-catered basis, then the catering service is provided by a private chef company, and they are generally pretty flexible in low season about how many days they cater, and will charge just for the people who are there. If this is of interest please drop me a line on info@mountainhighs.co.uk and we can chat about numbers.
We can also provide airport transfers at competitive rates.

Will-i-ski? is an independent owner run chalet company dedicated to bringing you a unique holiday you will not forget. We (Phoebe and Charlie) currently run the Chalet Marmotte in La Plagne 1800 and feel the chalet can deliver everything you require for a traditional and cosy chalet holiday.
The Chalet Marmotte sleeps up to 15 people in various room configurations. There is a lounge/dining area with a log fireplace and a separate ‘snug’ with games console and a TV for watching DVD’s.
We also have a Sauna to help soothe the muscles after a long days skiing.
La Plagne is the perfect setting for a great holiday’s skiing, its varied and can cater to all levels of skier or snowboarder. It is also linked with Les Arcs to make up the joint area called the Paradiski offering 425km of pistes, the second largest ski area in the world.
Included in the price:
• Catering service including Breakfast, Afternoon Tea and a 4 course evening meal with beer and wine.
• WIFI and a Television with DVD player and games console.
• A private driveway for parking if you choose to self-drive.
• Accommodation VERY close to the slopes.
