Location: Paradiski (Les Arcs + La Plagne) | Stay in Grande Blanchette, our gorgeous, owner-run chalet on the La Plagne side of snowsure Paradiski. 70% of the resort is above 2000m, unlike lower resorts like Morzine that are often struggling for snow early in the season.
The chalet has 6 bedrooms with private bathrooms (all can be doubles or twins), two large sitting rooms with wood burners, sun terraces, massive balconies, hot tub and log-fired outdoor sauna.
5 mins to the lifts in Plagne Montalbert in our private on demand minibus shuttle There's also a village ski bus (stop 200m), and you can ski back in on an off-piste forest track if conditions allow.

The Grand Massif is the 4th largest ski area in France. Fantastic for all levels.
Chalet Ski-Massif is at 1300m, off the mountain road from Samoëns (720m) up to Samoëns 1600, with uninterrupted views of valleys, mountains, pine trees and snow surrounding the chalet. An idyllic spot and a beautiful drive up and back to the slopes.
I will drop you at the top of a green/blue/red piste within 5 minutes of leaving the chalet - well ahead of people taking 40 minutes to come up from the villages. You can be ahead of the queues and half way to Flaine before the crowds have even put their skis on.
All you need to do is to book your flights. We'll help you with everything else: from transfers, passes, rentals, getting you to the slopes, lessons/guides, and any advice you'd like for the mountain.
This season I have an excellent chef who is passionate about food. Amanda will spoil you with her delicious freshly cooked meals while her husband Peter serves you a selection of 10 wines. Beers and aperitifs are also included.

La vieille Ferme (www.LvFAlps.com ) , which was our home, is a beautifully renovated Haute-Savoie Chalet/Farmhouse in Les Vallons, Samoens, Grand Massif, the only “listed” Alpine station de ski in France, which is part of the nearly 300km of the Grand Massif ski area, 60 mins from Geneva airport.

The Grand Massif offers an excellent snow record, 300km of pisted skiing & a huge variety of skiing & boarding from 1600m – 2570m, ranging from gentle beginners to reds, blacks & off-piste.

Adult lift passes are around £180 and ski hire is around £60 for 6 days with a local rental centre that we have used for many years.
