La Bergère is located in the beautiful Val d'Anniviers in the heart of the Swiss Alps, 2 hours from Geneva Airport. There are 220 kilometres of high, quiet slopes set against a backdrop of 4000 metre peaks. There is a fantastic selection of terrain from beginner areas to intermediate slopes and varied off piste up to 3000 metres altitude for more experienced skiers and boarders.
The chalet has been newly renovated to a very high standard, providing comfortable accommodation and wonderful mountain views. Samoens is a great traditional village and the lively centre is around 5 minutes walk from the chalet. Samoens is part of the Grand Massif and gives access to a great range of skiing (265km) up to 2500m height. The conditions you describe affected the whole of the Alps and in some ways you where lucky to have skiing at that time! It has now completely rectified itself with huges dumps of snow and temperatures low enough for snow making - for example Flaine now has snow depths of 60cm - 240cm on top. The Grand Massif is a snow sure area with skiing through to mid April.

I can offer catered chalet accommodation in Meribel Les Allues from Sat 18-25 Feb.
Chalet Grange a Charlotte sleeps up to 15 in 7 ensuite bedrooms. it is comfortable and spacious featuring:
large open plan lounge and dining area
log fireplace
underfloor heating throughout
freeview tv
wifi internet
boot warmers
hot tub
The chalet is not ski in ski out however we do offer a minibus shuttle in the mornings and at the end of the skiing day.
The cost for the week, I am happy to offer you a late availability price of £3,750. this will give you 3 rooms and will include:
7 nights accommodation
breakfast each day with a cooked option on 5 mornings
afternoon tea each day
5 x 4 course evening meals with wine
1 x 2 course prepared self serve meal with wine
Discounted equipment hire and lift passes can be arranged as can airport transfers (subject to availability).
