There are windows on the south and east sides allowing for plenty of light and views of the surrounding mountains. A patio door leads to outdoor seating on the south facing balcony.

A washer and dryer are located in the hallway cupboards. A lift services the residence. There is a double garage in the under ground car park (height limit of 1.9 m). Your ski locker has heated boot warmers for 6 pairs of boots. All the windows have security blinds.
