Each residence can be taken on one of three service packages, giving guests the flexibility to choose what is right for them. Regardless of your choice, you’ll still have access to all of Black Diamond’s central facilities including the Après Terrace Bar, the Ski Lounge and our complimentary transport services.

Professional Chefs: some of the finest chefs in the Alps will be providing exquisite breakfast and evening dinner for you and your party from their commercial kitchen, which is situated at the heart of the Black Diamond resort.
Experience Team: the experience team is made up of 1 manager and 3 assistants. They are the cherry on top of your Alpine holiday cake and their mission is make sure all of your dreams are met. They will provide driving assistance between the hours of 08:00 - 10:00 and 16:00 - 20:00, serve you delicious coffees in our brand new ski lounge while you wait for that last person to get ready in the morning and organise events on our spectacular terrace and cocktail bar.
Host: ensuring your needs are met before you have even realised they're there. Your host is on hand to serve breakfast and evening meals as well as upkeep the cleanliness of your chalet to the highest standard. If you have any question while inside your chalet, they are your first port of call.
