Apartment Tranquil
The space has recently been completely renovated, to provide accommodation of a luxurious standard for a family of four or two couples, each having their own bathroom with walk-in shower, WC and handbasin.
Entrance is up a few steps from the enclosed sunny garden, directly into the lounge space, with comfortable seating, and a totally streamlined, contemporary kitchen with island doubling up as dining space. The kitchen features full-size oven, induction hob, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine and Nespresso machine (classic pods).
The main bedroom (king bed) and one bathroom is on this level, and also the laundry room, and the second bedroom and bathroom are downstairs at lower ground level. The lower bedroom can be made up as 2 single beds, or joined together as a queen sized bed (1m50 wide).
The apartment has one parking space just in front of the hedge. There's electric central heating, Wifi, SmartTV with Netflix and DVD player. (Note, there is no UK Freeview TV) The apartment has 68 square metres of space. There's secure ski / board storage in the lockable cabinet inside the enclosed garden, and bikes can be kept securely inside the garden (we recommend you bring additional padlocks however).
The apartment is located in a residential area, on a small lane in a historic quarter of town. There are traditional Alpine chalets all around and a well established Morzine hotel, Les Cotes, nearby. The apartment is on the ground floor of a small building divided up into 6 apartments.

It takes 8 minutes to walk down into the town centre, using a short cut, or in winter you can catch the free shuttle bus (line D) that runs round the residential side of town before dropping off by the Pleney ski lifts and in the central shopping area.
You can walk to the SuperMorzine bubble lift in 10 mins, or you can ride there on a bike in 3 minutes.

Winter ski season (Dec 13 - April 17): bedlinen, towels and end of stay cleaning are included. In peak weeks there is a minimum stay of 1 week (Xmas, New Year, half term 5th Feb - 6th March).
The Rest of the year: (April 17 - Dec 13): bedlinen and towels are included. End of stay cleaning is payable locally in Euros and costs €50.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: We take a €300 Damage Deposit on arrival, either in Euros or Sterling cash, or in a UK or Euro cheque. We refund this deposit on your departure as long as we are able to check the chalet properly on your departure. If this is not possible (if you are leaving very early or very late) we will withhold the Damage deposit until we have received the keys back and have been able to check the property, and we will then return it to you by bank transfer. Please note the deposit rises to €500 for mountain biking groups.

Please note that if you will need Geneva airport transfers, we can provide these in our own licensed taxi minibus (a comfortable, new VW Caravelle, long wheel base so there's plenty of luggage space). Prices range from €50 return per person based on 8 people (i.e private return cost €400) to €70 per person return for 2 people, on a shared transfer basis. For more information (or for hotel / train station transfer rates) contact us through the messaging system and make sure you fill in the "transfers" section on our booking form once you book. (Our transfers are door-to-door; please note that some transport services will only drop you at the Morzine bus station, 8 minutes' walk away).
Lift pass purchase: We are able to arrange your lift passes in advance of your stay, so that they’re ready on your arrival at the apartment. We can take payment for these by credit card or bank transfer in advance, or cash on arrival in resort.
