Is skiing possible in the 2021/2022 season?
As of today, ski holidays for the upcoming 2021/2022 winter season can take place. If, contrary to expectations, ski areas are unable to open due to the coronavirus, our customers will benefit from our Corona-Money-Back-Guarantee, of course!
If your accommodation or all ski areas included in the booked lift pass are closed due to the coronavirus during your booked holiday period, you are able to cancel for free. This also applies if the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO), or the equivalent office at your residence, advises against all but essential travel to your booked resort or if travel is not possible due to the destination country having closed its borders.
In this case, you are able to cancel for free starting from 10 days before the holiday is due to begin. This option does not apply if the booking was made less than 10 days before the day of arrival and the reason for cancellation given later was already known at the time of booking. The cancellation must be completed by no later than 14:00 three days before the day of arrival.
We will arrange for a refund of the holiday price to leave our account within 14 days of the cancellation. For the last two winter seasons (2019/2020 and 2020/2021), we reimbursed 100% of customer funds from holidays that had to be cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic. Customer funds are also protected by insolvency insurance.
