A little known gem, in the heart of the French Alps, Les Sybelles ski area is made up of 6 resorts -now linked to create a domain of over 300km - the 5th largest in France.
Made up of a cluster of villages, Les Sybelles is unspoilt and uncrowded.
The Les Sybelles ski area came into existence in 2003 when La Toussuire and Le Corbier were linked with St Sorlin d'Arves.
The villages vary in style and architecture from the purpose built Le Corbier and La Toussuire to the more traditional and rustic styles of St Sorlinand St Jean d'Arves.
The skiing is well suited for beginners and early intermediates because of the easy cruising terrain. More challenging pistes can be found in the St Sorlin area.
