Chalet Rivendell

Chalet Rivendell is one of Chamonix's most exclusively located chalets.  With uninterrupted stunning views of Mt Blanc & the massif its situated in a very private location only 200 meters walk from the Brevent lift and 300 meters from downtown Chamonix.  

The chalet has been beautifully finished  and rennovated with a modern Aspen / Asian theme and is ideal for discerning family groups and private individuals. With 6-7 ensuite bedrooms it can host 12 people in comfort with over 450m2 of space.  There is an additional mazot in the garden (additional cost to rent this, max 2 people)

The hot tub has arguably the best view of any in the entire Chamonix valley!  Available on a self catered or flexible catered basis, 

 

 

6-7 bed chalet, 5 mins walk to ski lift and town centre, with unparalleled views Large private 6-7 bed chalet is centrally located in a peaceful area set above the town with outstanding views of the mountains. 5 mins flat walk from Brevent ski lift (winter skiing/summer hiking) and less than 10 mins walk down the hill to Chamonix town.

Comfortably sleeps 12, ideal for families and is well set up for children. Hiking/biking trails from back of the house. The chalet has unparalleled direct views of Mont Blanc with a huge deck, hot tub and a large mature garden with trampoline and swing set. There is an outdoor pizza oven, BBQ and plenty of seating for outdoor dining/lounging. Large master on top floor with ensuite (steam and jacuzzi) and private balcony overlooking mountains at the back. 2 ensuite bedrooms with French doors onto the front deck. 1 additional ensuite bedroom on the middle floor. On ground floor there is an ensuite double bedroom that can be turned into a family room with extra bunk beds through sliding doors.

Additionally a twin or double room with extrenal wc and shower room. Large living room with huge picture window and dining table, professional kitchen. There is a separate cottage in the garden (additional cost for use) with simple kitchen and bathroom which can be good for a nanny or extra double bed (on request). Sauna to soak aching muscles. Gastronomic restaurant less than 100m away. Close to all amenities and only 1 hour drive from Geneva airport. Well behaved pets allowed (not in bedrooms). No all male parties. No smoking.

 

Rivendell can be rented either self caterer or catered.

Our self catered package includes meet and greet, linnen, towels. End of stay cleaning

Our catered package is delivered by our hand picked chefs.  Includes a delicious continental breakfast with hot options, afternoon tea and cakes and a 3 course evening meal with selected wines served by our chef and hostess.

this catered package also includes a daily abthroom clean of the chalet.
