I work for a travel agency dedicated to journalists ;
On the occasion of the Tour de France, Eurosport has asked me to look for accommodation for a group of 12 people, for 1 night , July 15th to 16th.
I know it's difficult for just one night to open chalets specifically for 1 group, but I hace to try my luck ... Could it be something that you could consider ?

We would be delighted to accommodate Eurosport in our Chalet Ice in Morzine on the 15th/16th July 2023. Its great that the Tour is finishing in Morzine on that day.
This is a fantastic chalet and has its own spa area with hot tub and sauna, it sleeps up to 19 people in 7 ensuite bedrooms. Full details can be seen on our website www.geeski.co.uk The chalet is well located just a 5 minute flat walk from the centre of Morzine.
We would be very happy to cater for them on the day and have included in the price
3 course dinner with wine, beer and soft drinks on 15th
Breakfast with hot options on 16th
The price for 1 night for 12 would be £2,400 inclusive of the above.
As you know the tour does stay in this area for a number of days, including a rest day before leaving from St Gervais (about 50 minutes away) on the 19th. If you did want a base here for a number of nights we could provide a more competitive price.

Location: Morzine/Saint Jean D'Aulps - Portes Du Soleil | We have an option for you.
Chalet La Ferme - sleeps up to 18 people in 7 bedrooms.
The Chalet is in Saint Jean D'Aulps, just down the road from Morzine. It has ample space for big groups with 2 lounges and lots of mountain charm. This chalet is available self-catered but we can add catering options for you, or meal delivery.
The price would be 1800€ for the one night.
