We are seeking a talented professional Chef with a fine dining background ideally previously worked in a 5* chalet with Michelin/AA Rosette experience or a solid background in high end luxury private dining to work in one of our stunning luxury boutique ski chalets in Morzine. Preferably classically trained with flair and who thrives on using quality fresh ingredients and who is ready to work hard this winter.
Each week you will be expected to draw on your own impressive experience and creativity to design and deliver a luxury chalet catering service of the highest possible standard within budget.
You will work as part of a chalet team (Chalet Chef, Chalet Manager and two Chalet Hosts/ Drivers) to provide the highest levels of customer service and where we expect an attitude whereby “nothing is too much trouble”
