This is a full time position for the winter season, 35 hours per week on a French contract with lift pass supplied (salary dependant on experience). To ensure all self catered properties are run and operated smoothly on a weekly basis. The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for our self-catered portfolio, from communicating with owners to ensuring consistent high standards from the cleaning team, and liaising with guests to deal with any issues.
The role is diverse so a degree of flexibility will be required. Great communication and organisational skills, delegation and time management are all very important attributes for the job. The successful candidate will also be able to speak French at an intermediate to advanced level.
Ensure customer satisfaction, working closely with all of the management team to help provide the best holiday possible for all our guests.
Be the main point of contact for the seasonal cleaning staff. Manage and coordinate a cleaning rota, anticipating and preparing for busy periods in advance.
Help out with cleaning on busy changeover days, and during the week as required.
Use initiative and discretion to solve problems on the ground.
Delegate tasks to other staff as required, liasing with the management team to ensure clear communication.
Maintain relationships with property owners, anticipating their needs and keeping records of chalet specific requirements.

Previous administrative and line management (min 2 years) experience
Organised, efficient and a strong communicator
