I am looking for a couple or a pair of friends with chalet experience to help run my 22 bed chalet-hotel in Valmorel for the rest of the season, to start around 25th January.
At least one must have substantial relevant cooking experience, ideally in a chalet or in a professional kitchen. You must have the right to work in France (i.e. British or eu NI number). Apart from cooking the job entails housekeeping, maintainence, service, guest contact etc.
We offer ensuite self-contained staff accommodation and french minimum wage contract (negotiable), 1 day off plus 1 extra day defered per week.
Mature candidates considered. Valmorel is a beautiful place and an excellent ski resort but it's not a party place!
