We are The Lovely Chalet Company. Why not come and stay in our fully catered chalet based in the snow sure resort of La Plagne 1800? Newly renovated and recently awarded 4 Stars it has the WOW factor.
Situated on a quiet track offering magnificent views over the valley we are a 5 minute walk to the slopes and village. We are also a minutes’ walk from the bus stop offering free access around the resort, giving you alternative skiing options.
For the 30 March - 6 April we have a family en-suite room available; the price is normally £950 pp, though we can reduce this to £750 pp, giving a total of £2250. This includes bed, breakfast, afternoon tea, canapés and a four-course dinner on 5 nights with complementary wine and beer throughout your stay, and use of the hot tub.
We have styled and decorated Chalet Marmotte to a very high standard with a vintage, modern rustic feel. Boasting underfloor heating throughout, a wood burner, comfy sofas and a hot tub we have created a wonderful cosy feel for you to enjoy.
Our hot tub has stunning views from our balcony across the Tarentaise Valley and our The White Company dressing gowns will keep you warm by the hot tub!
Rich and I own the chalet as well as act as hosts; we live in La Plagne throughout the year and as a result we have a great advantage over our local competitors as we know the area intimately.

Chalet Java is one of our newer chalets in La Plagne 1800 and was built to a very high standard. It is located in the perfect position in La Plagne 1800 only 150m away from the slopes and it is located close to bars and restaurants. Chalet Java is a high quality chalet apartment set out over one floor and is on the second floor of a small private chalet housing four of our chalets and it can sleep 12 people in 6 en-suite bedrooms. It has great views from the balcony and there is a private sauna in the chalet.
Esf ski school is just round the corner, or Oxygene can come and pick your son up from the chalet.

St Gervais is a traditional picturesque Spa Town with many bars and restaurants about 15 minutes walk from the chalet. At the centre of the Evasion Mont Blanc ski area, St Gervais combines an intimate, family feel, with an expansive ski area linked to Megeve. With 5 combined resorts there are 445km of pistes available, with skiing for all ability levels.
The main lift from St Gervais (4 minutes from the chalet) takes you to Bettex at 1450m where the ski schools meet and the extensive skiing begins.

Chalet Namika is an independently run chalet by Ian and myself (June). We aim to provide a relaxing atmosphere where you can chill out after an exciting days skiing. Chalet Namika is a ski in, ski out chalet situated on the sunny slopes of Alpe d’Huez which benefits from glacier skiing. We offer a high level of service with excellent food and complimentary fine wines and beer with evening meals.
