Location

The modern 4-star Hotel Neuhaus Zillertal Resort is located right in the centre of Mayrhofen. Access to the ski area is possible via the "Zillertalbahn" lift, which is around 200 m away, or the "Penkenbahn" lift, which is around 850 m away. The cross-country ski trail network is about 100 metres away. Ski buses stop approx. 50 m away.

Facilities

The comfortable accommodation consists of a main building and an annexe, which are approx. 30 m apart. The hotel facilities include a reception, Wi-Fi, lounge, lift, hotel restaurant, parlour, café, hotel bar and conservatory. Outside there is a terrace and garden. You can store your winter sports equipment in a ski/snowboard storage room. There are parking spaces and a parking garage on site (subject to availability).

Spa

The well-maintained 1,500 m² spa area offers a Finnish sauna and relaxation room. For a fee, you can also make use of the "Kamillen-Saunadörfl" with five different saunas, a cold-water path, a fresh air area, solarium, beauty centre, massages, spa baths and cosmetic treatments. In addition, the new approx. 5,800 m² spa and bathing centre was opened, which is divided into three areas: the garden spa, sky spa and Seppi's water fun. The garden spa (from the age of 14) has an indoor gallery pool, relaxation bunks, loungers and a textile sauna. Massages and beauty treatments are also available in various treatment rooms (for a fee). In the Himmelspa (ages 16 and up) you will find an outdoor infinity pool, relaxation pool, loungers, tea lounge, event sauna, bio clay sauna, ice mist corridor and ice fountain as well as an infrared cinema with rocking loungers and heated beds. Seppi's water fun with outdoor and indoor pool with various slides, water playground, lounge furniture and family relaxation room is particularly suitable for families.

Children

The children's playroom offers age-appropriate entertainment for younger guests, even in bad weather. The youth room offers variety for older children. The hotel also offers attentive childcare – changes and restrictions to services and validity periods are subject to change, see information on site. Cots are available for an additional charge, high chairs are included (on request/subject to availability).

Entertainment

There are various leisure activities on site, such as billiards (for a fee), table football (for a fee) and cinema (for a fee, Thu-Sun). The hotel also has a wide range of sports facilities including a fitness room, bowling alley, climbing wall and table tennis. During your stay, you have the option of borrowing board games - subject to availability. Opening times/periods of validity are subject to change.

Board

Catering when booking rooms with half board PLUS includes a rich breakfast buffet. Catering in the afternoon includes a snack, with cake being served. In the evening you get a 5-course menu of your choice with salad buffet. For the little ones there is a children's menu for dinner. At Christmas there is a Christmas dinner (24/12), on New Year's Eve there is a New Year's Eve dinner. You can then start the new year with a New Year's brunch. Dietary meals and vegetarian alternatives are also available on request.
