Accommodation:

Chalet Ananas is perfect for us and the ski area is ideal for the everyone in our family from the youngest to the oldest; an age range spanning 70 years! There are those of us who like skiing fast and furiously, challenging ourselves with moguls, black runs, ski parks and off piste and those of us who have a more leisurely approach to a day on the slopes. We have been skiing here with absolute beginners, snow boarders, experienced skiers and non skiers. We like the mountain views and sense of space there within the chalet. Being able to ski out and ski in from the chalet is a luxury and gives us the flexibility each day to regroup. It’s particularly helpful when on holiday with young children who don’t have the stamina to be out in the snow all day. The area around the chalet is a lovely play area for the children to make snow holes, igloos, have snowball fights or go sledging. Quite honestly, we cannot believe our luck at finding a place so perfectly placed.

What makes Chalet Ananas unique is the combination of desirable characteristics; the living space, the view, the ability to ski in and out, the proximity of the bus stop and the access to the largest ski area in the world.

Facilities:

cot/highchair,  iPod docking station,  laundry facilities,  private parking (covered),  private parking (open),  satellite/cable TV,  terrace,  wifi (free in-room),  wifi (free public area)

Our chalet staff welcome quests to the chalet upon arrival and take care of housekeeping and cooking leaving guests free to relax.

Our private chef will prepare and serve delicious home cooked meals. A continental breakfast buffet will be laid in the morning with fresh bread and pastries, porridge and a cooked option. An savoury or sweet afternoon snack is laid out to welcome guests back in the afternoon after a long day on the slopes. Dinner is a freshly made three course meal with wine or a soft drink and finished off with tea and coffee. The table is cleared and washing up done without guests having to lift a finger.

Our host will be in touch with guests a week or two in advance of the holiday to get details of any dietary requirements. All meal times will be decided in consultation with guests so that the needs of the group are taken into consideration. Children can eat with the adults or separately depending on what works best. The staff have one day off during the week which is decided upon after consultation with guests. However, it is possible to have a catering service all week by booking our staff for an extra day.

"picture postcard perfect spot. I loved this chalet. And our kids have been asking to go back there every week since. The accommodation is bright, comfortable and cosy. Fantastic open plan kitchen, dining and living area that seats all 12 comfortably. Stunning views on all sides. And the best bit ... ski to and from the door. No buses (unless you want to, or for a day or 2 if you're a beginner .. and if so, it too comes right to the door). No ski lugging / boot walking. Most definitely the best chalet I've ever stayed in." 13 Jul 18

"Large chalet perfect for families or groups

We (3 families with 7 children) stayed here for 1 week, and it was perfect in every way. We will return as a family, and also as a group of adults without children.

The highlight is the beautiful open plan dining and living space, the ski in/out location right on the piste, and being situated in the heart of the 3V, with access to all ski areas."
