Chalet La Fugue
Chalet La Fugue is one of Meribel's original chalets, architecturally and authentically Meribel. The chalet is built in the renowned local style and blends perfectly with its alpine surroundings.
Due to the chalet’s proximity to the piste in central Meribel, there is no vehicle access to the chalet in winter months. Family and friends will delight in the magical setting of this chocolate box chalet. The recent new renovations have mixed modern styles with this original classic chalet.
Located right in the centre of Meribel, the chalet is accessed via an escalator next to the Tourist Office and Doron pub. There is a short walk across the piste to get to the chalet, in the mornings you can put your skis on and ski direct into La Chaudanne, the main lift area.
In the evenings, you may not want to leave the comfort of the chalet with its roaring fire and spectacular view, however if you do, it is very convenient for a to access taste Meribels bars and restaurants.

The lounge and kitchen are located the first floor, where there are breathtaking views of the Meribel ski area from the stone and wood clad lounge.
There is a large open fireplace with soft sofas and an open plan dining area. There is an additional smaller lounge /TV room on the ground floor level which is ideal for children or teenagers to watch TV, giving adults some additional space in the main lounge.
There are five bedrooms over three floors, one of the rooms is a family room with an adjoining smaller twin cabin room able to sleep two children.
The chalet sleeps 12 and ideally suited to 10 adults and 2 children. The four bathrooms and three WC's are shared by the cosy and tastefully decorated bedrooms.
