LOCATION/POSITION Apartment Terrasse Du Soleil is approximately 5-8 minutes walk into the centre of Morzine and 100m to the nearest bus stop. It has a south facing garden with a hot tub The duplex apartment is on the ground floor, there is parking for 2 cars and it has a log burning fireplace 

LAYOUT (85 metres sq.) Comfortably sleeps up to 6 people in 3 spacious bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. It is well suited to groups and families due to the size and space and also features a lovely lounge with fireplace and great views of the Pleney slopes. The apartment features a large flatscreen TV with UK and French TV channels and there is also a Nintendo Wii with games. We have included a Bose Speaker so you can listen to your favourite tunes at leisure and of course FREE Wifi. The oak dining table comfortably seats 6 people and the kitchen comes fully equipped with modern units. There is a dishwasher, integrated fridge with small freezer box and oven with hob, microwave, kettle and toaster and plenty of workspace. There is a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer and a separate ski room with boot dryers to store all your kit. All 3 bedrooms can be configured as king size doubles or twins. The 3rd bedroom is a cosy cabin style room with no window and the 2 large bathrooms in the apartment, both feature full size baths with overhead showers.
