For our Bansko guests, we include airport transfers between Sofia and Bansko. These are shared shuttles and operate for flights landing into Sofia around lunchtime, and departing from Sofia around lunchtime. If members of your group travel at different times and don't want to wait for each other, we can arrange additional transfers from €15 to €35 per person each way (depending on group size).

At our Bansko chalets, guests have the option to eat in on either 5 nights or 3 nights. Typically we do not serve dinner on Sunday and Wednesday as this is staff time off.
