Alpenhotel Saalbach

The charming 4-Star Alpenhotel Saalbach lies in the resort centre of Saalbach, approx. 200 m away from the lift SchattbergXpress. A ski bus stop can be reached after 100 m and the entry into the cross-country trails is located in approx. 6 km distance. If snow conditions allow, the nearest slope end approx. 200 m from the hotel. Further there is a practice area with a beginner lift and ski school directly at the hotel.

The popular hotel has a reception, lobby, luggage room and -service, lift, internet corner and Wi-Fi (both incl.), 3 a la carte restaurants, dining hall, bar area with open fire, TV and piano music, various parlours, "Kuhstall" bar, Smoker's lounge, heated ski and ski boot room with boot dryers and a terrace. Further, a spa area (approx. 100 m²) with indoor pool, brine steam bath, sauna, Finnish sauna, jacuzzi and relaxation room is available to you free of charge (open 16:00 - 20:00). If paid locally you can make use of the solarium, beauty centre and massage treatments (10:00 - 19:00). Once a week you have the opportunity to take part in curling or take part in a golfing competition with the owner of the hotel (incl.). Mondays to Fridays, the in-house ski tutor invites you join him for free ski guiding. Free-of-charge parking places can be used depending on availability.

Rooms

The cosy rooms have a bath or shower, separate wc, cable TV, Wi-Fi (incl.), telephone, radio, bathrobe hire/bathing shoes (incl.), mini fridge, hair drier, safe (incl.). Some are equipped with a pull out couch and balcony or terrace.

Board

The included half board comprises a glass of sparkling wine at arrival, a breakfast buffet with cold and warm food, an afternoon snack with cold snacks (16:00 - 17:00), as well as a 4-course evening meal with choice and salad buffet and once per week a starter and dessert buffet. 2 x weekly themed buffets are served to you and every Sunday you can take part in the welcome meeting including hotel infos and cocktail (incl.) at 19:00. When you arrive a big bottle of mineral water, cereal bars and an apple awaits you in your room. Diet cuisine is also available on request. A special children's menu is also presented. On Christmas and New Year's Eve special festive dinners are served.
