Chalet Flocon, run by Ice & Fire, is an amazing five star ski chalet, located within five minutes walk of the chairlift taking you to either of the incredible ski areas of La Plagne and Les Arcs. It is also on the doorstep of the delightful restaurants, outdoor/ski outlets, shops and lift office of Les Cloches.Ice & Fire provides a first class experience. Lounge / dining area and en-suite bedrooms looking out to Mont Blanc are extremely comfortable, along with sauna and jacuzzi. Attentive and friendly staff comprise of a live-in hostess and qualified chef. Food and drink are of an excellent standard, 4 course dinners being of top class restaurant quality.Having now stayed at Chalet Flocon twice, I look forward to returning and have already booked for 2026.

I’ve been staying with ice and fire since 2013 and it’s still pound for pound the best ski chalet holiday I’ve had. All of the chalets I’ve stayed in, staff and accommodation have been absolutely excellent.

Great chalet. Very spacious, modern, comfortable, clean and warm. The food and catering were perfect - delicious and plenty to eat. The rooms were really nice and had a small balcony with a lovely view of the mountains. The jacuzzi was great after a day's skiing. There was also a really nice sauna in the chalet. The ski lift (and the village) was only minutes away to access the large ski areas of La Plagne and Les Arcs. This is one of our favourite resorts and chalets. We'd highly recommend it.

One of the best holidays I have taken. Beautiful chalet and the food and hospitality was excellent. Very knowlegable staff with always something going on if you wanted to get out and about but plenty of quiet spaces to just relax. Oh..... and the skiing was good too. See you next year.

My wife and I with our 2 young daughters had an incredible stay at Chalet Flocon - Ice and Fire! Was our first time in the French Alps and we will now be back every year to stay at the chalet. Being fully catered just made it such a luxury and fun experience. The facilities are excellent, the food and wine were amazing, the staff are phenomenal and the location is incredible! Was so much fun meeting new people in the chalet too. This was genuinely one of the best family holidays we’ve ever had. The owner Johanna goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect and everything is sorted. We can’t wait to go back next winter!

Great chalet. Hot tub and sauna were especially nice.
Drew was an excellent chef, really enjoyed all the food. He was also super accommodating of different dietary needs.
Rosie was a wonderful host too. Super friendly and efficient and made us all feel comfortable.

10/10 all round, incredible food - breakfast, afternoon tea, canapes and dinner, chalet was kept immaculate for the whole week and hosting service was faultless, Rosie and Drew kept smiles on our faces the whole time!

Thank you for a great stay
We were so impressed with the whole holiday. From prompt and effective communication prior to our arrival to the standard of accommodation and facilities, it was all superb.
In particular, Josh and Hazel at the chalet were brilliant. They looked after us wonderfully and provided delicious meals, cakes and cocktails that I am already missing!
Thank you also to Michael who ferried us all to and from the lifts every day, we were very grateful to be able to avoid the icy slope on the way down!
Thank you once again, I have a feeling we will visit again!
