My brother and I had a wonderful week away skiing in January 2025. The service from Johanna was amazing, we were picked up from the bus point and taken to the chalet. There we met our hosts Nadine and Dave the Chef. Food was top quality. Wines amazing and included along with beer and soft drinks. Hot tub and Sauna at the end of the day were amazing. Met some great chaps too. The view from the chalet is amazing and very close the chair lift. You can almost even ski to the door if you’re comfortable with skiing between buildings. Can’t wait to return in the future. Make sure you stay here! Edelweiss for life…

Return year after year to these beautiful chalets managed by Johanna and the team. Great location with wonderful views and a few minutes walk to the nearest lifts. Great facilities within the chalets with fantastic meals prepared by the in-house chefs. Can’t wait to return next year.

Stayed at Chalet Edelweiss in January and again in March. Ice and Fire offer excellent value for money. Comfortable chalet close to a ski-lift with great access to both Les Arcs and La Plagne. The chalet boasts a fantastic view of Mont Blanc from the balcony off the main living area. Our chef and host were attentive and faultless. The quality of food was excellent.

Hi there,
I returned from Les Coches yesterday (Edelweiss) and just wanted to take a moment to thank you and your team for a wonderful chalet experience. Nadine was fabulous front of house and if I could have put Dave in my suitcase to cook for me at home then I would have! The quality of the wine and the way it was served was great. I’m not sure we made any inroads into the ‘house’ wine but it was nice knowing we could if we wanted to.
The value for money you offer is spectacular, thank you.

The chalet was excellent. I would not improve anything. Felt like a real treat of a holiday.
The chef was absolutely wonderful. Excellent food and very personable. It felt as though he really cared for us as guests. Again, can't fault him.
100%. It actually exceeded our expectations. The best ski holiday that I've had for a long time.

Dear Johanna
Another amazing holiday with your company. Dave and Nadine were incredible and looked after us so well. The food was out of this world and they both made our holiday.
But we really had a fabulous time and thank you all for giving us wonderful memories to take away in our hearts and minds.

Chalet Flocon is an excellent modern chalet. The roomd are spacious and well appointed. There is adequate starage space.
A good bathroom and provision of toiletries and towelling.
The hosts - Drew and Rosie - were excellent hosts. Drew provide an excellent menu for the week. Rosie's cakes were delicious.

Just spent a week as a solo traveller in Chalet Edelweiss. I’m happy to report that the chalet and services are exactly as described on the website - excellent! Boss Johanna, chalet manager Phoebe and chef Dave were all lovely, the food was tasty and plentiful, the views amazing. Access to the La Plagne and Les Arcs ski areas via lifts is straightforward and it was still possible to ski down to Les Coches despite some warmer weather. It was also a great way to meet fellow skiers and put the world to rights over the 4 course meals in the evenings. Highly recommended.

Great week away in La Plagne Montchavin-Les Coches with the big brother. Echoing his recommendation for a lovely chalet with great staff, Host Nadine and Chef Dave were great. Stay with Ice and Fire Ski for an amazing ski week! Johanna was so attentive to our needs to and couldn't be more accommodating.
