The cosy Résidence Saskia Falaise is situated at the edge of Avoriaz, on the heights of the district La Falaise. Quartier de la Falaise comprises of several buildings and offers a marvellous panorama of the Morzine Valley. The location makes it possible to step into your skis right in front of the hotel and ski away. A bakery, supermarket, restaurants and bars are located very close by.
The furnishings of the comfortable accommodation include a reception with Wi-Fi (for a fee), a children's play corner, as well as a ski depot. Parking spaces (for a fee) are located at the entrance of the village (prior reservation is recommended).

The welcoming studios and apartments all have a combined living/sleeping area with TV, sometimes separate bedrooms or alcoves, bath or shower/wc, Wi-Fi (limited transmission) and either a balcony or terrace. The fully equipped kitchenette includes a refrigerator, microwave, hob, dishwasher and coffee machine.
