Location

Our location offers the perfect blend of convenience and serenity. Situated just an hour's drive from Geneva airport or an easy 9-hour drive from Calais, we're nestled on the sunny slopes of the stunning upper Giffre valley. Across from us lies Morillon, a quick 5-minute drive away, and Samoens/Vercland, just 10 minutes away, both connecting to Flaine, Les Carroz, and a vast 265km of slopes that make up the Grand Massif range – the 4th largest ski area in France, reaching altitudes of up to 2500m.

Convenience

For your convenience,  Morillon village and ski lift are only 2.5km away, while  Samoens village and Vercland ski lift are 5km from our location.   To make your holiday as effortless as possible, many aspects can be booked online before you even arrive, including airport transfers (although a car is recommended), ski equipment, ski school, and lift passes (with family discount packs available and delivery to the chalet)

 
Our 'Conviviale' 70 square meter open plan living space truly lives up to its name, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere for socializing. With ample seating and dining space, it's perfect for spending time together. The large south-facing balcony offers breathtaking panoramic mountain views, creating a truly memorable backdrop.  

The kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring plenty of work space, including a huge kitchen island. It is fully equipped with an AEG electric fan oven, plus a Smeg 90cm range oven with induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, double sink unit, recycling bins, toaster, filter coffee machine, kettle, 2 raclette machines, and a washing machine.   We also have a range of additional appliances available upon request, including a juice extractor, blender, food processor, food mixer, fondue sets, spiralizer, bread maker and pasta roller.   Rest assured, you'll find ample plates, bowls, mugs, cups, wine glasses, champagne glasses, beer glasses, cutlery, utensils, pots, pans, serving dishes, and high-quality sharp kitchen knives at your disposal.  

 
The spacious lounge area offers comfortable seating, a selection of family games, and a large flat-screen smart TV for your entertainment.  
 
Lower Ground Floor

On the lower ground floor, you'll find a heated boot room with showers and a toilet, as well as access to the 7-seater outdoor hot tub. We provide bathrobes and slippers for your comfort.  

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

The penthouse chalet apartment features five en-suite bedrooms:

Room 1 sleeps 2 adults with a twin or king size beds, carpeted flooring, and underfloor heating. It has an ensuite bathroom with a walkin shower, heated towel rail, and hairdryer.

Room 2 is a double room with carpeted flooring and underfloor heating. It has an ensuite shower room, heated towel rail, and hairdryer.

Room 3 is a twin or double room with a west-facing balcony. It has an ensuite showeroom, heated towel rail, and hairdryer.

Room 4 is a family suite on the third floor with a double bed, and two single beds with carpeted flooring, and an electric radiator. It has an en-suite bathroom with a large shower and heated towel rail.

Room 5 is a massive 25m² with a double bed and three single beds and plenty of storage, carpeted floors, an electric radiator and en-suite bathroom featuring a separate bath, and shower!
