"Just to say thanks for arranging everything so well. Everyone had a super time. Plenty of snow high up. Alice and Ben were brilliant: Alice is a great cook and was very thoughtful in every way - particularly in her patience in dealing with the three year old: nothing too much trouble for his meals etc. All in all we think you are very lucky to have such excellent staff and we were very lucky to have them and you to look after everyone. Hattie was also very helpful and, in view of the weather forecast, very wise about the early start on the last ("Chaos in the Alps") day. If we had not left so early we would have joined the ranks of the stranded: our plane back to Bristol that evening was half-full as so many failed to make it.
