Powder Ridge

• Powder-Ridge is a self-contained self-catered chalet with 6 ensuite bedrooms sleeping 12 
• The chalet is finished to a high standard and has been built in traditional Alpine style using local materials such has stone, slate and wood.
• It has a feeling of space and light, enhanced by the picture windows with views of the mountains and ski slopes.
• Powder Ridge has a fabulous paved terrace with sunken hot-tub and funky lighting which is perfect for relaxing after a hard day’s activity, winter or summer.
• The chalet benefits from wireless internet, UK Freeview TV channels, DVD player.
• There is a ski locker in the main building of Le Belvedere which is 100m walk from the chalet and a further 100m to the lift which wll take you down to the main bubble lift and village centre.
• Le Belvedere is nestled on the side of the mountain at 1550 metres altitude, 100m from the lifts & slopes and 500m from the village centre of Tignes Les Brevieres.
• We are a 10-hour drive from the Channel. Our nearest airports are: Geneva and Lyon - 3 hours, Grenoble 2½ hours and Chambery 2 hours. Eurostar runs direct services to Bourg St Maurice during the winter.

Powder Ridge has 6 ensuite bedrooms.

Most of the bedrooms have mountain views and some have their own balcony.

Most can be made up as large double beds (160cms x 200cms) or as twin beds.

All of the bathrooms have a bath with shower over, or walk-in shower, wash basin and WC with heated towel rails.

Cots and high chairs are provided free of charge on request.

We offer a catered option for €300 per week per adult, €150 per child (€350 & €175 respectively at Christmas and NY).

Our chalet staff are carefully chosen for their outgoing personalities, experience and maturity, but especially for their cooking skills so you can be assured of excellent service throughout your stay. The catered package includes: buffet breakfast, après-ski tea and cakes every day, and a delicious 4-course dinner on 6 nights. An early supper can be served for younger children if required.

As well as preparing and serving your meals, your chalet hosts will keep the chalet clean and tidy so that all you have to do is relax and enjoy your holiday. Your chalet hosts have a well-deserved day off each week when we ask you to help yourselves to breakfast and tea, and eat out at one of the local restaurants in the evening.

Breakfast is a generous buffet-style affair with orange juice, fresh fruit, yogurts, cereals (including porridge), freshly baked croissants, bread, jams, a cooked option that varies each day,  tea, coffee or hot chocolate.

When you return from skiing, tea will be laid out ready for you to help yourselves, including freshly baked cake or biscuits.

An early two-course children's supper can be served for younger children.

Dinner will be 4 courses, including an appetizer, starter, main course and dessert or a selection of local cheeses, served with our quality local house wines, followed by coffee. We are happy to cater for vegetarians and others with special dietary needs.
