Hotel Heitzmann

The exclusive 4-Sterne-houses Hotel Heitzmann & Boutique Hotel Two Timez are situated centrally in Zell am See, in the immediate vicinity of the pedestrian area and about 120 m away from the "City Express" lift. The ski bus stops about 50 m away from the accommodation. A cross-country fans will find well-prepared trails about 2 km away.

Facilities

The facilities of the hotel, consisting of two buildings, include a reception with lounge, elevator, Wi-Fi and Internet corner, breakfast room, restaurant, house bar with chillout lounge, lounge, wine cellar, library and a ski and boot room. Paid parking and parking spaces in the garage are also available.

The wellness area on about 120 m² offers a sauna, steam bath, bio sauna, Kneipp facility, relaxation room (incl., 16:00 - 20:00) and massages (on request, for a fee).

Accommodation is available in all room categories at both the Hotel Heitzmann and the Boutique Hotel Two Timez.

In resort, you will receive an additional 5% discount per person and booking at the restaurant "Deins & Meins" in Zell am See (on presentation of a voucher, received with the holiday documents).

Board

The included half board consists of a welcome drink, breakfast buffet as well as a 4-course evening meal with choice including salad buffet. Once per week, themed evenings are organised. The Christmas dinner on 24/12 as well as the New Year's Eve dinner with one bottle of sparkling wine per room and the New Year's Eve party on the rooftop terrace are all included. Gluten-free, lactose-free and vegan cuisine are available on request. A vegetarian alternative is also possible. Please note that the restaurant is closed on Tuesdays and no dinner is served.
