Hotel Best Western Alpen Resort

The modern 4-star Alpen Resort Hotel is located ideally, approx. 200 m from the resort centre of Zermatt, and only approx. 300 m from the Gornergrat lift, as well as approx. 200 m from the train station. A ski bus stop can be found only approx. 50 m from the accommodation.

The accommodation consists of three interconnected buildings. The facilities of the first-class hotel include a reception with hotel lobby, Wi-Fi, lounge, restaurant, bar, 300 m² children's play area, table football as well as ski room.

The approx. 1000 m² spa area with indoor pool, steam bath, Finnish sauna, 2 relaxation rooms, an indoor and outdoor jacuzzi as well as the fitness room can be used for free. For a fee you can also enjoy various massages.

As Zermatt is car-free, you can make use of the parking spaces in Täsch (for a fee), from where you can continue on with the shuttle train to Zermatt (approx. 12 minute ride). For a fee, you can also make use of the public car park in Täsch or the hotel's own parking lot with electric vehicle charging station near the Matterhorn Inn. The hotel's own shuttle (upon prior reservation) is available to take you from/to the train station in Zermatt.

Rooms

The comfortable rooms have a bath or shower/wc, TV, telephone, Wi-Fi, safe, mini bar (for a fee), hair dryer, as well as a balcony in some of the rooms. Accommodation may take place in any of the three buildings.

Board

Depending on the room type or type of catering booked, the price includes breakfast or half board with a rich breakfast buffet and a 5-course menu of your choice. All meals are taken in the main building. A festive gala menu is offered on New Year's Eve.
