I am looking for the position of Chef in a la carte restaurant in mountain resort. I have a passion for cooking and preparing food, and have a lot of experience working in kitchens and restaurants.
I have gained a great deal of experience working in a busy kitchens in many countries. In my last position I had the opportunity to work alongside a famous Head Chef in his restaurant in central London. In this position I demonstrated a great deal of hard work ( up to 500 covers per day ) and the ability to multi-task . I have a friendly attitude, I am full of enthusiasm for cooking and work well with others.
I am 40 years old, I am calm nature, not smoke and do not drink alcohol. I am doing skiing, hiking and mounting biking. Looking for a job for a longer period.
