Location: Samoens, Grand Massif | Hello,
I am looking for an independently-minded and highly motivated chalet assistant to help in the running of a 6 bedroom chalet in Samoëns, Grand Massif for Winter 2017/18. This is a friendly village with a community of seasonal workers and it is about 1 hour from Geneva.
What does the role involve?
I am looking for an all-rounder who is willing to help with routine duties, 6 out of 7 days. With the exception of changeover days when you should expect to be working much of the day, you will be on split shifts - meaning you can enjoy late mornings and afternoons off with plenty of time to ski/board/snow-shoe/hike!
•welcoming guests
•assisting with all food service, washing-up, clearing down after meals & re-setting for the following service
•daily chalet cleaning, including clearing out the fire & replenishing wood
•changeovers
•snow clearing, laundry duties & late arrivals when necessary
