Hello,
I have worked many seasons previously and covered roles such as chef, chalet manager and driver.
(also a BASI qualified ski instructor)
In the UK I have managed flagship bars, restaurants and night clubs (Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen and London). I have been responsible for training members of staff and generating increased productivity and revenue with every unit managed.
My family run a luxury guesthouse in Edinburgh and I fully understand all the responsibilities necessary to execute each job to a very high standard.
I am also 27, therefore a little more responsible than the usually seasonnaire.
I am happy to work anywhere, however I would prefer to work for an independent company and be given responsibilities that match my skill set.
I love people, love piste more and can create fantastic cocktails and menus for whoever decides to respond.
