International Camp Suisse are hiring for this summer season - Working in the mountains with a big team running an activities centre.
Meals are basic but cooked for large numbers using an excellent food-prep to service system. If you've worked in a chalet or as a commercial Chef at any level we have roles for you.
Head Chef: We have an excellent food-prep system in place which you will need to closely manage alongside your catering team.
Chef De Partie: You will need to be able to run all areas of the kitchen from food prep to dinner service.
