STAFF WANTED FOR WINTERSEASON 2017/2018
We are looking for:
Experienced Waiter / Waitress. You are positive, generous and don't hesitate to interact and chat with people. Capable to cope under pressure, you can organize yourself to run smoothly the service in a section and also enjoy working part of a team and helping each other. English is a Must, French is a plus.
Runner: Helping the service, the kitchen and the kitchen porter, you are flexible and can adapt to the situation. Some experience in the catering industry is a plus.
Experienced Cook: We are looking for a "grillardin", a Grill Cook. You master the cooking of different meats and fishes to orders. You can cope under pressure and keep your section clean and organised. You also have some experience in pastry and you want to be part of the team to help other sections when needed.
Our restaurant is in the center of Morzine and is well known for its warm welcome, its professional service and the quality of the food. Our customers are really nice and have become regulars. The big services are in the evening so you will rarely work at lunchtimes so it allows plenty of time during the day to go up the mountain and enjoy the snow.
