Hello David,
I emailed you over mine and Catherines CV's and a sample menu last night in response to your previous reply to our advert on here. We worked in les Coches a few years ago running Chalet Ancolies Lodge for another company. We also still have a current in resort reference from our previous manager from that company who also ha 3 chalets in les coches.
