CHALET HOST
The Chalet Chef is supported by a Chalet Host, who takes care of all housekeeping duties, which include setting up the table and serving at meals, washing up, assisting the chef in the kitchen and cleaning the chalet on a daily basis.
Thoroughly cleaning the chalet on transfer day, changing linen, towels etc, sorting dirty linen for collection and making necessary preparations for new arrivals. Washing towels and bathrobes, and carrying out a mid week towel change.
You will welcome the guests, assisting with lift passes, ski hire, ski school and perform a welcome speech. You must create a welcoming and relaxed environment in the chalet and ensure that the highest level of service is given to your guests at all times. You must be knowledgeable about the resort and give a daily weather report.
You must be friendly and outgoing, and feel at ease chatting to the guests, making them feel relaxed and welcome. You must take pride in your chalet, with an eye for detail and genuinely care about the guests. A big smile and lots of energy are a must.
You must be well organised, a good timekeeper and be able to follow our working guidelines.
A background in customer service and experience in food preparation and cleaning is essential.
REQUIREMENTS
Essential: UK/EU passport, a UK National Insurance and a UK bank account
Full EU Driving Licence, you must be over 21 years of age to drive our vehicles
Experience in food preparation, cleaning and a background in customer service
