We (Host Savoie Ltd.) is a small chalet operator in Morzine that is still run by its owners, and nothing but extra-mile service is good enough for our loyal guests. Our two Team Leaders will spearhead the winter operation in resort between them and these two positions can be filled by a couple, friends or two individuals.
Team Leader - Guest Services: A customer facing position with responsibility for concierge / rep services on a day to day basis. Meeting and greeting, collecting payments, organising lessons, changes to ski hire and so much more! You must have experience of the hospitality industry (ideally previous chalet seasons) and a 'can do' attitude to ensure maximum enjoyment by our guests.
Team Leader - Housekeeping: Mainly working behind the scenes to ensure that standards are maintained and that everything runs smoothly. Relevant experience is essential, and ideally in a chalet environment, as you will be expected to organise and lead less experienced staff members on busy changeover days!
For both roles you will need a keen eye for detail, a determination to see everything done to the best possible standard, an ability to work alone but also to lead others from the front, a basic grasp of French and your own transport.
